We ordered a lead online to match a harness we bought at a stool during a dog event. Unfortunately the lead never showed up due to the mail strikes. We contacted them via the webchat option and they went above and beyond bringing one of the leads themselves and dropping it to us. Talk about customer service! The lead itself is fantastic! It’s actually exactly what we was looking for in terms of length. It’s longer than your average lead (our dog is small) but still a good thickness that doesn’t feel like a cheap material. Very good quality. We would deffo order from them again as the products are fantastic and sturdy and the customer service is fantastic aswell. A great little company.
