Refund policy

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at iwoofyouboutique@outlook.com or direct message us on Instagram. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order if it has already been sent and this would then have to be handled in the same way as a refund.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend trying on items carefully and indoors to ensure they remain in a returnable condition should you need to return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at iwoofyouboutique@outlook.com. Please include your name, your order number and the email address used to place the order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable postage option as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received your purchases and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your unused items then please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order. As per a return, please contact us at iwoofyouboutique@outlook.com. Include your name, your order number and the email address used to place the order. Please also state which item and size you would then like to swap for. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable postage option as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost items. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item you wish to exchange and send you out your new item.
